Welcome! We are a local community group run by volunteers providing self-help, support and social sessions for people with ME/CFS/Fibromyalgia/Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome/Long Covid and similar conditions.
Join us at our meetings for a chat and to get to know people living with similar circumstances. We run face to face and online sessions via Zoom, so if you’re not able to get out or are not feeling great we all understand and it often helps to overcome loneliness to see some friendly faces who can offer support.
The group is free to join and we are so grateful for kind generosity of supporters and friends that enables us to be a lifeline to others.

We hold
in-person meetings at
London Colney Community Centre, St Albans.
Members also arrange local
meet ups in parks or coffee shops across Hertfordshire.
Long Covid
We are here to support those with Long Covid.
Although not much is known about Long Covid yet, we have seen similarities with ME/CFS and similar conditions
Library
We hold a library of interesting and helpful resources which members are welcome to borrow from our in-person meetings or we can arrange for these to be sent to you directly.
Parents of Children with ME/CFS
We welcome you to join us and connect with other parents and members via Facebook as well as our regular meetings
